Knights lose tough match

<st year head coach Luciano Battaglini suffered his first loss at Carleton as the Knights lost 9-0 to Luther College, the number 9th ranked team in the central region. The loss came as a disappointment as the Knights won last years match 6-3

The Knights are still undefeated in MIAC play at 3-0 and will have an important weekend with matches against St. Olaf and Gustavus. The Knights will take on the Oles this afternoon in Lakeville, MN. The will play Gustavus tomorrow in St. Peter, MN.

The Gustavus match will be a close competition for the Knights as both teams should be in fierce competition to win the MIAC this season. The Gusties are currently 4-2, but aside from a 0-7 loss to the University of Minnesota, they have been dominating their mathces.
The Knights are hoping to stay unbeaten in the MIAC as they reach their spring break trip to South Carolina.
