    <claimed Photojournalist Sebastian Meyer ‘02 Presents “Photography on the Edge”

    This May, a micro-exhibit entitled “Photography on the Edge” by renowned photojournalist Sebastian Meyer ‘02 will be on display on the third floor of the Language and Dining Center at Carleton. A formal opening for the exhibit will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, and Meyer will give a talk on his work at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, in the Boliou Hall Auditorium with a reception to follow. These events as well as admission to the exhibit are free and open to the public.

    4th Annual Northfield Earth Day Contra Dance

    Come celebrate the return of the spring season at the 4th Annual Earth Day Contra Dance on Friday, April 29, from 7 to 10:30 p.m., at the Northfield Ballroom. No dance partner is required, nor is prior dance experience. Admission is $9 for adults, $6 for students and youth, with a $25 cap per family. Free admission will be offered to Carleton students with valid identification. Proceeds from the dance will benefit the Cannon River Watershed Partnership.
