    President Poskanzer’s Fall Term Update:

Flood update: After insurance, the estimated damage is a couple of hundred thousand dollars.
President Poskanzer is working on a strategic plan for Carleton. The last one was done in 1998 and was updated in 2002. The goal is to have a process in place by the end of winter term. President Poskanzer assured CSA that all stakeholders will be involved in the process.

West Gym should be useable in time for basketball and swimming seasons.

If anyone has any questions for President’s Poskanzer, you should email him or stop by office hours.

    Campus Mailings Resolution:

Students made a presentation to CSA in an attempt to reduce all-campus mailing. Voting to move this was pushed back until next week.

    Experimental College Discussion:

Students are continuing to work on implementing experimental college. The biggest challenge right now is whether the Deans will offer credit for the classes.
