Women’s Outdoor Track and Field
Sophie McManus ’25 competed in the 5,000-meter run in at the UW-Platteville Invitational on Apr. 11 while the rest of the team competed at the Bethel Invitational on Apr. 12. At the Bethel Invite, Libby Rowland ’25 finished 3rd in the 3,000-meter steeplechase; Nora Daley ’27 ran under 5 minutes for the first time; Alice Islam ’28 placed 5th with a clearance of 1.5 meters in the high jump; Islam ran a PR of 13.16 seconds in the 100-meter dash; Lara Erickson ’25 finished 5th in the 800-meter run in a PR of 2:15.58; and Parker Collins ’28 jumped over 5 meters in the long jump for the first time.
Men’s Outdoor Track and Field
The Knights sent Gabe Nichols ’26 and Roy Llewelyn ’26 to compete in the 5k at the UW-Platteville Invitational on Apr. 11 and the rest of the team competed at the Bethel Invitational on Apr. 12. At Bethel, Soren Kaster ’27 finished 4th in the pole vault and Ravi Achar ’28 won the 5,000-meter event.
Softball
The Knights were swept 3-5 and 0-4 by Macalester College on Apr. 12.
Baseball
The Knights split 0-10 and 2-1 against Macalester College on Apr. 13. They lost 1-7 and won 14-13 over Macalester College on Apr. 15.
Women’s Tennis
The No. 24 Knights defeated Macalester College 9-0 to earn a berth to the MIAC playoffs. Amelia Asfaw ’25 and Mariam Nechiporuk ’25 won in both singles and doubles. Asfaw earned MIAC Tennis Athlete of the Week honors for her performance.
Men’s Tennis
The No. 33 Knights beat Macalester College 9-0 on Apr. 12 at home, with Ashkay Garapati ’28, Baiyun Jing ’27, Zach Leslie ’26 and Aiden Patel ’28 winning in both singles and doubles.
Women’s Golf
The Knights finished 6th at the Kathy Niepagen Spring Fling on Apr. 12 and Apr. 13, finishing with a 68-over-par 644 over 36 holes.
