<st Friday, the Latin American Student Organization held Vive!, their annual celebration of Latin American culture.
Held in the Great Hall, the event included singing, dancing, poetry reading, crafts, and even a piñata. Delicious food from El Triunfo was also provided for the students, professors, and alumni who attended.
Since its founding, LASO has been dedicated to providing a supportive community for Latino, Latina, and Hispanic students, as well as working within the Carleton community to promote a more thorough understanding of Latin American culture.
